Cities around the world are looking for new ways to engage with residents and visitors. The Atlantic City Alliance commissioned Moment Factory to create a permanent infrastructure for four light shows to illuminate historic Boardwalk Hall. Through the use of projections, sound, theatrical lighting and architecture, this type of entertainment projects brings the community together by inviting guests to explore and be an active part of the downtown. After the first show, Duality, launched on the 4th of July, 2012, the public reaction was so positive that the Alliance commissioned three more shows to complete the urban experience: Winter Sweet, Boardwalk Beat and AC Dreamin’. The creative team at Moment Factory ended up designing a one-year program based on the identity of Atlantic City. These four multimedia shows bring Boardwalk Hall to life by pushing the boundaries of entertainment. L’Atlantic City Alliance a fait appel à Moment Factory afin de créer une installation permanente pour quatre spectacles de lumière qui embraseraient la bâtisse historique du Boardwalk Hall. À l’aide de projections, de sons, d’éclairage théâtral et d’une scénographie architecturale, ce type de projet rassemble les gens tout en les incitant à découvrir le centre-ville. Après le déploiement du premier spectacle Duality le 4 juillet 2012, la réaction du public a été telle que l’Alliance a commandé la mise sur pied de trois événements additionnels pour compléter l’expérience urbaine : Winter Sweet, Boardwalk Beat et AC Dreamin’. L’équipe d'artistes de Moment Factory s’est ainsi retrouvée à concevoir un programme pour une année entière, inspiré de l’identité d’Atlantic City. Ces quatre spectacles multimédias ont littéralement donné vie au Boardwalk Hall en transcendant les frontières du divertissement.
